If you have an ultrawide monitor or just hate dragging windows to resize them, FancyZones is a game changer. It lets you define custom grid zones on your screen and snap windows into them instantly. âš¡
Step 1: Enable FancyZones

Open Microsoft PowerToys settings.

Click FancyZones in the sidebar.

Ensure the Enable FancyZones toggle is On.
Step 2: Create Your Layout
Click Launch Layout Editor in the settings. You can pick a template or draw your own custom zones.
Step 3: Snap Like a Pro
Here is the magic trick to use your new layout:

Click and drag any window.

Hold Shift while dragging.

Drop the window into the blue highlighted zone that appears.
Your window will instantly resize to fit that specific zone perfectly! 🚀
